Payment & Billing Policy

You pay for consultancy work either per engagement, against a fixed-scope invoice, or through a monthly retainer that covers an agreed scope of work. Each invoice and retainer states the package, scope and price before you commit. Prices are set in USD as the base currency, with a multi-currency display so you can see approximate amounts in your preferred currency. We do not sell account credit, stored value or prepaid balance: every payment is tied to a named package or retainer period.

You pay for a named package or a monthly retainer, not for account credit. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are processed by our payment provider Stripe; the card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never reach our servers. Corporate clients may instead settle a fixed-scope invoice by bank transfer to the DEDE IST CONS-FZCO company account. DEDE IST CONS-FZCO issues the record of the payment either way.

Bank-transfer details (account holder, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) are shown on your invoice and inside your account after you sign in; for security they are not published on this public page. Each transfer is settled to the DEDE IST CONS-FZCO company account. Always include your account email or invoice reference so we can allocate your payment; funds are applied to your invoice or retainer once confirmed received. For bank-transfer payments, DEDE IST CONS-FZCO issues the record of the payment. USD is the base billing currency; amounts shown in other currencies are indicative and may differ from what your bank applies. You are responsible for any taxes due in your own jurisdiction.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: fees for work that has not yet commenced are refundable; fees for consultancy work already commenced generally are not. Approved refunds are returned to the payment method you used, which for card payments means the same card. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact info@smmwork.com first: we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute, and we will send you the invoice and scope record for the charge. You keep every right to raise a dispute with your card issuer.

This site is served entirely over HTTPS, and your account and billing pages are protected by authentication. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider: the card number, expiry and security code are entered on Stripe's own checkout. We do not collect, process or store card numbers, security codes or any other cardholder data, anywhere on this site or in our systems.
