Privacy Policy

We collect account data (email, username), billing and engagement records, support messages, and technical data such as IP address and device/browser information. Public profiles and links you submit for an engagement are stored so we can deliver and track the work. We do not collect or store the passwords to any of your social media accounts.

We use data to operate your account, process engagements and payments, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. Processing is based on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, and, where required, your consent.

We share data only as needed to run the service: with our bank to process bank-transfer payments; with the platforms and specialist subcontractors we use to deliver your engagement, limited to what each needs for the agreed work; and with infrastructure and analytics processors under contract. We do not sell your personal data or use it for cross-site advertising.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. As we may use processors outside your country, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards for any international transfer.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, or restriction of certain processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
