Refund Policy

You can request a full refund of a fixed-scope package at any time before work on it begins, and of a retainer period before that period starts. Once work has begun, the part already delivered is generally non-refundable and the remainder is refunded pro rata. Requests are accepted within 14 days of the payment date.

To request a refund, contact info@smmwork.com or open a support ticket from your account, with your account email and the payment reference. We respond with a decision and the next steps within 2 business days of receiving the request.

Approved refunds are always returned to the original payment method: a card payment is refunded to the same card, a bank transfer to the originating account. We issue the refund within 5 business days of approving it. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post the amount to your statement, which is outside our control.

Fees for consultancy work already completed or in progress, and any applicable payment-processing fees, are non-refundable. The scope, deliverables and timeline of each package are agreed with your consultant before work begins.

A monthly retainer can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to info@smmwork.com, effective at the end of the current billing period; there is no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future charges but is separate from requesting a refund of a period already paid, which follows the rules above.
