Terms of Service

SMMWORK is a social media consultancy service. You engage fixed-scope packages or a monthly retainer, and a dedicated consultant delivers the agreed work: strategy, content, ad management, community and reporting. The service provides account access, engagement tracking, and account management. It is not a sale of guaranteed outcomes, and it does not involve any access to your social accounts.

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We never ask for the password of any of your social media accounts, and you should never share one; every engagement is delivered using only the public profiles and links you provide.

You engage a fixed-scope package or a monthly retainer, and your consultant begins the agreed work. Once an engagement has commenced, the underlying consultancy work has been initiated. Timelines and deliverables are agreed per package and are estimates, not guarantees. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, and fees for work that has not yet commenced are refundable as described there.

You pay for a fixed-scope package or a monthly retainer, by card through our payment provider Stripe or, for corporate clients, by bank transfer to the DEDE IST CONS-FZCO account against an invoice. DEDE IST CONS-FZCO is the seller of record for every engagement. Prices are set in USD as the base currency with multi-currency display for reference; you are charged in USD. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your own jurisdiction.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only for accounts and content you are authorized to manage or promote. You may not use the service to infringe third-party rights, upload illegal content, attempt to defraud the payment system, or resell in violation of these Terms. We may flag, limit, or decline work that breaches these rules or the policies of the destination platform.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We report observed averages and past performance, not fixed outcomes, and we do not control third-party platforms or their moderation decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement at issue. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new date. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to DEDE IST CONS-FZCO in the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
